Returns & Refunds

Each Herberie product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
